Home owners spend a great deal of time and money on their lawns. It's absolutley critcial that your hard-earned money is invested wisely. There are some basic rules of thumb. Always ensure that your lawn has a good depth of soil. Use good sod material or recommended grass seed combinations. Don't mow too close to the ground. Fertilize your lawn and when watering give your lawn a good soak.

These measures will also provide protection from damaging pests and diseases. Remember, grass is a living plant - it will respond to your TLC!
